The team at ECR Home Improvement & Painting has the skills and expertise to provide you with the right interior painting solutions for your home. We know that color sets a mood and, depending on the hue and color type, can also make a room appear smaller or larger.  The perception of color also appears to change with different natural and artificial lighting.  We take these factors into account when we consult with you about paint colors and the use of sampling.  We want to ensure you like the colors in your home.

We’ll fully prepare the interior of your home and protect your furnishings. We protect your floors with drop cloths, builder’s paper, or plastic taped down at the edges.  We’ll assist you with moving furniture away from walls and protect them with plastic or drop cloth, and we’ll remove switch plates, outlet covers, and window blinds and curtains. In addition, we cover all surface mounted or hanging light fixtures, and all window glass with plastic or painter’s tape.

The ECR team has the skills to perform simple and complex repairs in your home prior to painting, such as  replacing or repairing sheet rock, scraping and sanding, taping, texturing, removing wall paper, and caulking cracks along door jambs, baseboards and wherever else is necessary.

During the painting process, we will only use superior quality brushes, rollers, and premium paints from trusted brands. We generally apply one coat of primer and two coats of paint unless the conditions require another approach to provide you the best quality outcome. At the end of each work day, we will clean up and remove all supplies, tools, and trash.

When the project is completed, we’ll rehang shades and blinds, and replace all switch plates and outlet covers, and help you restore the furniture to its original location. We conduct a formal walk through with you and an ECR Foreman or Project Manager to ensure you are completely satisfied with our work.
